Mountain Bike Tour

Whatever your fitness level, whatever your confidence level, our Alice Springs Mountain Bike Tours are customised to your experiences needs and wants. Following set up with equipment and bike, we venture into the bush that surrounds Alice Springs and ride some of the most amazing and unique mountain bike trails in AUSTRALIA.

While the adrenaline is pumping, we’ll be on the look out for friendly wallabies and kangaroos.

You will be treated to views of the town that only the locals get to see. Our trails are Alice’s best kept secret!

  • Riders should wear comfortable runners/walking shoes and non-restricting clothing (loose trousers are not advised)

  • Tours depart from Outback Cycling located at Red Centre Adventures, 1/2 Ghan Road, Alice Springs. Cafe located at our store.

  • We require a minimum of 1 day in advance to book this activity online.

 

Details

  • Price: $190 AUD per person

  • Includes: Mountain bike, helmet, tour guide, mechanical support, keep-sake OC water bottle.

  • 2022 departure dates: every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday in the morning. Alternative dates can be requested and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Items to bring: Daypack to carry personal items, 1 litre drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses & camera if desired. If you have requested SPD pedals, please remember to bring your mountain bike riding shoes.

  • Departure Location: Red Centre Adventures, 1/2 Ghan Road Alice Springs

  • Duration: 3 hours maximum

  • Distance to ride: approx. 10km

  • Minimum number: 2 people

  • Not suitable for: Children under 12 years of age
